These elements are aimed at improving the user experience when browsing the web, allowing it to be remembered on future visits, store your preferences or navigate more efficiently, quickly and easily.

1.2. What types of cookies does this website use?

4. Validity of cookies.

Depending on the period of time in which cookies remain activated in a terminal equipment, we can distinguish two types:

  • Session cookies: cookies designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a web page. They are used to store information that is only of interest to keep for the provision of the service requested by the user on a single occasion.

  • Persistent cookies: cookies in which the data remains stored in the terminal and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the person responsible for the cookie, and which can vary from a few minutes to several years.

To know the validity of the cookies downloaded in a terminal equipment, you must access the "Inspector" of the corresponding browser. To do this, you must press the right mouse button, placing the pointer within the page visited in the browser, and select "Inspect element". This action will generate a new popup window, or split the existing page. Within this new window, in the “Storage” section (“Applications – Storage”), the relevant information of the downloaded cookies is displayed, including their expiration and/or validity.
